  • Discuss and prepare for maximizing college visits​

  • Assist with resume​

  • Review Early Application/Early Decision options​

  • Review essay topics to work on during the summer for college applications​

  • FAFSA: Gather information required​

  • Guide students in requesting letters of recommendation before summer break​

  • Plan Relevant summer activities

SOPHOMORE YEAR​

  • Review academic history

  • Assess extra-curricular activities

  • Determine if a student is a better candidate for the SAT or ACT

  • Recommend study tools to prepare for college testing

  • Plan relevant summer activities

  • Create an initial college list

  • Help with college visit planning

  • Review class curriculum and provide recommendations for Junior year

SENIOR YEAR​

  • Assist with college list and fit related to testing scores, grades and financial aspect

  • Assist with and monitor a comprehensive application timeline

  • Discuss Early Application/Early decision options​

  • Update and review student resume​

  • Organize for effective letter of recommendation requests​​

  • Provide essay reviews​​

  • Assist with FAFSA deadlines​

  • Recommend scholarship options​

  • Assist with college choice

Please provide the following information 5 days before our scheduled meeting

  1. Student's full name, email address, birth date, and cell phone number

  2. Home address

  3. Names and cell phone numbers of parents involved in supporting the student’s college application process

  4. Parent(s) email address(es) where you’d like copies of all correspondence sent

  5. PSAT scores (if applicable)

  6. SAT scores (if applicable)

  7. ACT scores (if applicable)

  8. AP scores (if applicable)

  9. A copy of the student’s high school transcript
    You can download a PDF from Aeries: go to Grades > Transcript, then download and email it to me.
    If downloading isn’t possible, a clear photo sent via text or email is acceptable.
